The Challenge

Protoblast has been working with Due North for over 6 years now and has seen some excellent results in that time. As a family-owned business, they are leaders in their field of manufacturing. Historically the majority of their business has come through dealers, referral partners and other third-party channels not owned by Protoblast, leading to a big risk in the business longevity.

The mandate was simple: de-risk our business and develop a new channel to market that today accounts for over 70% of Protoblast’s revenue, having started at virtually zero 6 years ago.

Having dabbled in digital marketing for a few years with a few other agencies, Protoblast just weren’t getting the growth they were looking for until they partnered with Due North.
