Service Tech weren’t getting the results they needed from their digital marketing efforts. They had plans for substantial growth, but their results were flatlining and there had been no growth in their organic results for some time.
 
Their website wasn’t clear or easy to navigate and there were some questionable SEO practices done by a previous provider. Their Google Ad costs were also skyrocketing given the highly competitive market. In other words, a digital marketing overhaul was needed to cut costs, improve engagement and increase results.

The Solution

Service Tech engaged Due North to redesign and restructure the website the right way and implement a SEO strategy to increase organic results. We also developed key messaging and website content for the new website and developed and implemented a regular content strategy for the website to continue to increase rankings.
 
We also reviewed and rebuilt Google Ads and put in place a Google Ads strategy to improve the quality and quantity of leads coming through. A proper reporting structure was put in place with stringent tracking for greater transparency, management and optimisation.
