You’re only as good as your team!

One of the biggest struggles that all businesses face is finding and keeping good people. If I had a dollar for every time I heard “I can’t find the right people”, or “Staff have let me down”….you get the point.

Unfortunately, I too have learnt that the hard way. Over the past 16 years, I’ve employed over 400 people to work with me in growing my businesses. And finally, for the first time, with my hand on my heart, I can be truthful and say:
